The new #LoRaWAN antenna works pretty well, consistently receiving packets from a Moteino M0+RFM95 with a 82mm plain wire as antenna parked 13km away, SF10, -117dB RSSI. Got sporadic receipts from ~20km away

Finally a proper antenna for my @thethingsntwrk #LoRaWAN gateway.

RFM95 with a simple 82mm wire as antenna has a much better range than the ESP32 TTGO LORA module with uFL antenna. Less is more? #LoRaWAN #IoT

Ordered a 80cm 5.8dBi antenna for my @RAKwireless RAK2247 based #LoRaWAN gateway.

Lowpower listening on 433Mhz while consuming 1.2uA. Range about 100m, reaction time about 800ms-1.5s.
